We're seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance in our stores across Australasia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide genuine service, creating lasting impressions and moments that matter for our customers.
- Develop superstar selling skills that contribute to the sales performance of the store.
- Build effective customer relationships and be the expert to talk to.
- Contribute towards the store's success as a team player.
- Maintain exceptional presentation and merchandising standards of the showroom.
- Have a safety mindset and strive to provide the safest work environment for yourself and your team mates.
Requirements:
- Be a passionate customer service expert, with previous retail and/or customer service experience.
- Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role.
- Be available to work and flexible to work other days if requested.
