We are looking for a highly motivated Learning Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have a solid background in learning/training coordination.

The role will involve supporting the Learning & Development team in delivering Leadership and Capability program initiatives, administering the Learning Management System efficiently, and serving as the primary contact for learning-related inquiries across the firm.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing reporting dashboards and conducting trend analysis, assisting in coordinating programs and managing learning events, and contributing to evaluating and analysing the effectiveness of training delivered.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a degree, diploma or certificate in either Adult Education, L&D, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Additionally, you should have experience in reporting and data analysis, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and a collaborative and professional approach with strong communication skills.
