Hotel Desk Associate

About this role
As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the smooth flow of guests in and out of the hotel.
This includes:
- Greeting guests upon arrival and check them in/out of the hotel, ensuring accurate paperwork completion.
- Balancing daily revenue and expense transactions, including cash payments, credit card transactions, and other forms.
- Assisting with guest enquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include reviewing financial reports, investigating anomalies, and reporting discrepancies to the Front Office Manager and Finance team. You will also review daily revenues against guest receipts and reports, and investigate any anomalies.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a customer-facing environment and has strong analytical skills.
