Remote Service Desk Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic IT professional to join our team as a Remote Service Desk Specialist. As a key member of our service desk, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients across various environments.

Duties
  • Delivering exceptional remote service desk support to clients using automation tools and AI-driven solutions
  • SUPPORTING multiple servers, desktops, and applications within Microsoft Azure, AD, and M365 environments
  • Assisting in the deployment of cloud infrastructure including Azure Intra, Hyper-V, and Citrix
  • Performing a wide range of technical support tasks across various technologies and platforms
  • Maintaining best practice environments through collaboration with experienced solutions experts
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of end-user support and Active Directory principles
  • In-depth understanding of Windows Server, Azure, and Exchange systems
  • Exposure to technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, including LAN & WAN networking
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client experiences
