This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Portfolio Administration Manager. In this role, you will provide outstanding support to assets across the Retail portfolio by managing accurate lease related information and high-quality data input in all systems.

Your key responsibilities will include building collaborative relationships with asset teams, delivering consistent service, and attending meetings as required. You will also be responsible for achieving 100% accuracy of each asset's Tenancy Schedule and performing monthly rent up and invoicing responsibilities for the assets.

In addition, you will conduct lease audits, produce lease related correspondence to retailers/operators, and assist the asset teams with Capex related processes. You will also raise work and purchase orders for the assets and match supplier invoices for review, approval, and payment.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have relevant tertiary qualifications, previous experience in the retail industry, and demonstrated account reconciliation and administration skills. You will also require a high level of IT proficiency and a strong understanding of relevant legislation and the legal obligations of the asset.

Finally, you will be proactive and self-motivated with the ability to solve problems, maintain confidentiality, and discretion in relation to asset information.
