Job Title: Asset Administrator

 

About Our Role:

We seek a skilled Asset Administrator to join our team, responsible for managing various administrative tasks within the property sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate and process rental charges, reviews, and increases in accordance with relevant policies.
  • Process and approve supplier invoices for payment by the Financial Controller.
  • Manage compliance and raise work orders for contractors as instructed.
  • Prepare monthly reports with commentary on variances to budget.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant accounts, ensuring timely reconciliation and minimising discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in an administration role within the property or retail industry.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with problem-solving ability.
  • A motivated self-starter with the ability to take ownership and meet deadlines.
