We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to fill the role of Portfolio Administration Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to assets across the portfolio, managing key stakeholder relationships, delivering memorable experiences, and ensuring the customer experience is encompassed in all aspects of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry and Accuracy: Ensure data entry accuracy and documentation collection for all assets.
  • Tenancy Schedules: Achieve 100% accuracy of each asset's Tenancy Schedule.
  • Rent Up and Invoicing: Perform monthly rent up and invoicing responsibilities for the assets.
  • Lease Adjustments and Reviews: Complete lease outgoing adjustments/estimates and rent reviews for the assets in accordance with lease requirements and relevant state legislation.
  • Lease Audits: Conduct and facilitate lease audits for the assets.
  • Correspondence and Distribution: Produce lease related correspondence to tenants/operators and distribute to the asset teams where required.
  • Capex Processes: Assist asset teams with Capex related processes, including raising work and purchase orders for the assets.
  • Supplier Invoice Management: Match supplier invoices for review, approval, and payment.
