Property Management Professional

As a Property Management Professional, you will play a vital role in the management of premium CBD assets. Based at the iconic Quay Quarter Tower, you will work alongside experienced professionals and outsourced teams to deliver exceptional property and facilities services.

The Opportunity
  • Lease Administration: Review lease data, manage purchase orders, support budgeting and forecasting, and assist with arrears and rent reviews.
  • Property Coordination: Liaise with property managers, tenants, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Assist in preparing monthly reports, cash flow budgets, and variance analysis in collaboration with finance teams.
  • Tenant Experience: Build strong tenant relationships, respond to queries, and ensure high service standards through regular site visits and proactive communication.
  • Operational Support: Support capital expenditure projects, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with financial and administrative procedures.

  • You will have a working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments and trends to assess possible implications on tenancy, financial and physical aspects.
  • You will have strong technology proficiency, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
