Account Growth Manager Role
">- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Growth Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to drive business growth and development within our manufacturing channel.
This role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and successful achievement of business objectives. Key responsibilities include:
">- Candidate Relationship Management: Oversee customer relationships, maintaining high levels of communication and support.
- Sales Performance Enhancement: Drive sales and gross margin performance, ensuring targets are consistently met.
- Channel Strategy Development: Develop and manage an overarching channel plan aligned with our broader sales strategy.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for new business development within your key channel.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across departments to prioritise and implement commercial initiatives that address the needs of consumers, customers, and the company.

">You'll be a confident communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills. To succeed in this role, you'll bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, a proven track record in managing customer accounts, experience executing strategic sales initiatives, and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
