Job Description and Salary

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Housekeeping Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily departmental operations, ensuring adherence to service standards with a focus on friendly and engaging interactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular inspections of front and back-of-house areas, maintaining high cleanliness standards, and coordinating with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure guest rooms are ready.

This role offers a competitive salary, with hourly rates between $28.87 - $50.52. We also offer a range of benefits, including employee benefit cards offering discounted accommodation and food & beverage discounts in Accor properties worldwide, fully laundered uniform provided, and free 24 hour access to our Employee Assistance Program.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the Luxury segment
  • Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and mentor large teams of diverse individuals
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a similar Property Management System and/or HotSOS
  • Excellent time-management, problem solving and organisational skills
