Job Description

This critical role involves covering the Housekeeping Manager's days off and supervising the team on other days. You will have the opportunity to upskill and learn to become a Housekeeping Manager in the future. As a Housekeeping Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the successful operation of the Housekeeping Department
  • Liaising with the General Manager, front office, and Maintenance teams
  • Leading the team from the front, driving performance, and productivity
  • Developing and implementing effective training programs
  • Maintaining standard operating procedures and adhering to client requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A friendly and enthusiastic attitude
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proven experience in managing a team, with a focus on quality and productivity
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Absolutely availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, and possess full Australian working rights
