We are a small team of 1 broker, 1 para broker and 3 admin assistance.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Broker, located in Sydney, NSW, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Mortgage Broker will be responsible for assisting clients in securing home loans, debt consolidation, and refinancing solutions. Daily tasks include assessing clients' financial situations, recommending suitable loan products, managing the loan application process, and maintaining relationships with lenders and clients. The role requires a strong understanding of the mortgage market and the ability to provide professional and personalized service.

Qualifications

5+ years

  • Experience in Mortgage Brokering and Brokerage
  • Knowledge of Debt Consolidation and Finance
  • Proficiency in Mortgage Marketing
  • Strong analytical and financial assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Relevant industry certifications and licenses
