The Bravado Opportunity

The role of the Sales Director will be instrumental in driving growth and commercial success for Bravado in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of the Bravado team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales results, building strong relationships with key accounts and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and achieve commercial targets in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Analyse sales data and reports to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop trend presentations and product ranges.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in fashion retail, sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of product development and licensing.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong relationships with key accounts and industry partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
