
Customer Service and Administration Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Customer Service / Administration role for an immediate start. The position will involve managing phone and email enquiries, data entry, building client relationships, and assisting customers with product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing phone and email enquiries and order taking
- Data entry of orders and customer follow-ups
- Building existing client relationships through regular contact and follow-up
- Assisting customers with product knowledge and information
- Performing other general administration duties
The ideal candidate will possess proficient computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, the Internet, and Simpro software. They will also demonstrate an enthusiastic and helpful nature, be reliable and trustworthy, and have strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
This is a temporary to permanent full-time position offering generous remuneration for the right applicant. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with early finishes on Fridays.
The successful candidate will be required to provide proof of their permanent residency status, as this role will become permanent for the right candidate.
