
Customer Service Administrator

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused administrator to support service operations in an upcoming temporary assignment based at Carole Park. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and takes pride in delivering excellent service. With over 60 years of history, this is a business that has gained a reputation for superior customer service, quality, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales and purchase orders, invoices, and delivery updates
- Deliver outstanding customer service (via phone and email) and provide advice and assistance
- Coordinate transport and scheduling for outgoing orders
- Monitor overdue orders and update due dates
- Prepare estimates and quotes in line with pricing policies
- Liaise with internal teams to manage stock and order accuracy
- Support sales team with quotations and general enquiries
- Provide general administration support across the business and suggest process improvements
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in administration and/or internal customer service roles
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- A customer-focused mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
- Confident communication and solid time management capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) – intermediate level required
- High level of accuracy in data entry and administrative work
- Experience using ERP / MRP system is an advantage, but not essential
