Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to process purchase ledger invoices, generate daily invoices, chase collections and liaise with delivery services. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the filing of customer documents, sending order confirmations to customers, monitoring customer and supplier returns, and answering incoming calls and transferring them to the relevant team member.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase ledger invoices and generate daily invoices
  • Chase collections and liaise with delivery services

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Previous administration experience within an office environment is preferred
  • Able to use IT systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Hardworking, self-disciplined, and well-organized
