We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co.
As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service in our resorts.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with previous experience in a similar hotel position. You should have a sound understanding of Workplace Health and Safety, including safe chemical handling, and strong communication skills.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work well independently and as part of a team, recognize and solve problems in the workplace, and adapt to changing situations. A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays, is also a requirement.
In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning hotel rooms to the highest standard, delegating workload to ensure efficient room preparation, controlling stock levels, and reporting discrepancies to the Executive Housekeeper. You will also be responsible for quality checking rooms, liaising with Front Office to release rooms for occupancy, and planning and implementing weekly rosters in consultation with the Housekeeping Manager.
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including professional development funding, discounted hotel stays across Australia, Fiji, New Zealand, and subsidised private health cover.
