As a Housekeeping Supervisor with Travel + Leisure Co., you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of service and cleanliness we strive for.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean hotel rooms to meet our stringent housekeeping detail standards, ensuring every guest feels at home.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to ensure timely room refreshes, ensuring our guests' needs are met promptly.
  • Manage stock levels and report discrepancies to the Executive Housekeeper, guaranteeing seamless operations.
  • Conduct quality checks on rooms and collaborate with Front Office to release them for occupancy, exceeding guest expectations.
  • Develop and implement weekly rosters in consultation with the Housekeeping Manager, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests, adhering to all necessary precautions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest inquiries and concerns, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating any outstanding matters to management.
