We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Vacation Club Hospitality Manager to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service across our vacation club resorts. As a key member of the housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Clean hotel rooms to include sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms while adhering to strict housekeeping detail standards
  • Delegate workload efficiently to ensure timely room refreshes
  • Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to the Executive Housekeeper
  • Conduct quality checks on rooms and liaise with Front Office to release rooms for occupancy
  • Develop and implement weekly rosters in collaboration with the Housekeeping Manager
  • Maintain awareness of safety protocols to protect resort guests and their property
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns to guarantee total guest satisfaction, resolve issues effectively, and escalate any outstanding guest inquiries or concerns to management as necessary

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will benefit from:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in a similar hospitality position
  • A strong understanding of Workplace Health and Safety principles, including safe chemical handling
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • An adaptable attitude, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, public holidays, and school breaks
