Job Title: Hospitality Operations Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring superior service levels are met daily in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively allocate work to and supervise employees in one or more sections of the club
  • Maintain and comply with all legislative guidelines
  • Coordinate staff to ensure all areas are operating effectively
Requirements:
  • Hold current RSA, RCG, and First Aid Certificates
  • Have experience in all areas of club operations
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to work a rotating roster including nights and weekends
