Scrum Master Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our Product Delivery team in Tasmania.

As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our software development teams. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate and support cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality products.

  • Coaching and mentoring a scrum team to achieve high-level performance
  • Organising and facilitating Scrum ceremonies as required
  • Identifying impediments to progress and supporting the team in resolving them
  • Co-ordinating with other Scrum teams on technical dependencies
  • Promoting continuous improvement within the squad, in pursuit of high performance

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile development teams towards project goals
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to improve team performance
  • Facilitate effective Scrum ceremonies and workshops
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve dependencies and challenges

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum framework and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change
  • Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders
