We are seeking a Business Development Leader to join our team.

This role requires a leader who can meet sales targets, motivate their team, and deliver exceptional customer service. They will need to be able to balance operations and stock management with strong communication and time management skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading and motivating a team in a retail operations or stock management role and will be enthusiastic about feedback. They will also possess a keen understanding of local and international fashion markets and be able to drive sales to deliver weekly/monthly/annual sales and margin targets.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Driving sales growth and meeting sales targets
  • Delivering high-level customer service to ensure brand loyalty and repeat business
  • Upholding operational standards and procedures while leading the team by example
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure store data integrity and loss prevention strategies
