About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our esteemed Guest Services team as a Luxury Hotel Services Manager at our iconic Four Seasons Hotel Sydney. Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth daily operation of the Guest Services department, which includes handling movements of over 500 rooms per day.

Your primary focus will be on delivering an outstanding guest experience and ensuring the arrival and departure process for each of our valued guests is flawless.

You will assist to lead, train, motivate, and develop the team for success, ensuring our strong service culture remains optimum.

  • Oversight of the Bell and Driveway operations to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.
  • Focusing on the guest experience by delivering excellent service and effective problem-solving.
  • Collaboration with all departments of the hotel to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in a leadership position within Rooms Division.
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with other key departments.
  • Solid understanding of systems knowledge.
  • A current driver's license with the ability to drive manual vehicles.

We offer a competitive salary range of AUD $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including:
