Housekeeping Supervisor

About the Role:
Silk Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all housekeeping functions, leading and training the team, and ensuring efficient cleaning of designated areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping functions
- Lead, train, and develop the team
- Ensure efficient cleaning of designated areas
- Conduct daily guest room inspections
- Provide clear communication to other hotel departments
- Attend to guest inquiries
- Ensure Workplace Health & Safety procedures are followed

Requirements:
- Can pass a national police clearance
- Can work a minimum of 4 shifts per week, including weekends
- Previous Housekeeping Supervisor/Team Leader experience
- Ideally able to use Opera
- Committed to contributing to a seamless guest experience
- Reliable and self-motivated
- High attention to detail and standards of cleanliness
