About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Shift Engineer to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney. As a Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the hotel's facilities and ensuring the smooth operation of our luxury hotel. This is a critical role that requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel's facilities are in good working order
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences
  • Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry developments

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Shift Engineer in a luxury hotel environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
