We are currently seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at one of our prestigious properties in Sydney.

About the Role:

  • This is a leadership opportunity for a seasoned hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering world-class service and driving operational excellence.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office department, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Your expertise in hotel operations, combined with your ability to motivate and coach a high-performing team, will make you an invaluable asset to our hotel.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Team Leader or Supervisor in a 5-star hotel environment is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive results and motivate a team to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and external partners.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
