We're seeking a highly organized Development Coordinator to join our International Development team at The University of Queensland. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in coordinating and supporting training, capacity building, and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate project activities, including travel, events, and online training platforms;
- Act as budget holder, ensure financial compliance, and prepare reports;
- Provide guidance to Development Assistants for project delivery;
- Compile short-term and long-term project reports;
- Represent UQID at events and meetings, both locally and internationally.
- Assist with tender preparation and management;
- Create and manage marketing materials, including capability statements, brochures, and project documents;
- Manage databases and contribute to reports and presentations.
