Program Coordinator

The University of Queensland is seeking a highly organized and experienced Program Coordinator to join our International Development team. This role will play a crucial part in coordinating and supporting training, capacity building, and business development activities.
About the RoleIn this position, you will be responsible for project delivery, including coordinating activities such as travel, events, and online training platforms. You will also act as a budget holder, ensuring financial compliance and preparing reports. Additionally, you will provide guidance to Development Assistants for project delivery and represent UQ at events and meetings locally and internationally.

- Provide guidance to Development Assistants for project delivery.
- Compile short-term and long-term project reports.
- Represent UQ at events and meetings locally and internationally.
- Assist with tender preparation and management.
- Create and manage marketing materials, including capability statements, brochures, and project documents.
- Manage databases and contribute to reports and presentations.
- Qualifications in a relevant field, such as Project Management, Adult Education, or International Development.
- Relevant experience in training program support, project management, or related coordination roles, combined with strong proficiency in MS Office applications and excellent English language skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments, manage conflicting priorities, and navigate multicultural and diverse settings.
- High-level interpersonal and communication skills.
- $89,861 - $96,402 per annum + 17% superannuation.
