HR Site Manager Position Available

The HR Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a temporary workforce at a client facility. This role involves managing relationships with client leadership and HR, ensuring a positive employee experience, meeting staffing needs, and maintaining compliance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the client, building strong relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage attendance, onboarding, performance, coaching, and retention of temporary employees to ensure a high-performing workforce.
  • Work closely with recruiting teams to provide candidate flow to meet client staffing needs in a timely manner.
  • Conduct orientations and training sessions for new hires, emphasizing job duties, safety procedures, and client policies.
  • Track and monitor timekeeping, attendance, and productivity metrics, escalating issues and providing coaching or corrective action when necessary.
  • Deliver regular reporting to internal and client stakeholders on headcount, turnover, attendance, and performance metrics.
  • Address client and employee concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues effectively and escalating when required.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws, company policies, and client regulations, partnering with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to assignment schedules, breaks, PPE requirements, and operational standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in all interactions with employees.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR, staffing, recruitment, or workforce management.
  • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing or light industrial clients is an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities are required.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse hourly workforce.
  • High integrity, discretion, and professionalism are expected.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), timekeeping software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to work standard business hours at the client facility and walk the plant floor safely and effectively.
  • Able to navigate the manufacturing floor safely and efficiently.
  • Minimal travel required.
  • Background check and drug screens may be required based on client policies.
