  • Manage project budget, schedule, cash flow, and trade activities in alignment with division goals.
  • Collaborate with local governments and regulatory agencies from entitlement to final acceptance.
  • Oversee trade bidding and contracting processes.
  • Review design documents, site plans, improvement plans, and plats for accuracy and coordination. Ensure utility availability and assess associated costs.
  • Manage field operations related to stormwater and air pollution compliance.
  • Coordinate with contractors, inspectors, engineers, and master developers.

Requirements:
