HR Data and Systems Professional

Job Description:

This role involves leveraging technology to enhance HR systems, improve reporting tools, and deliver actionable insights.

  • Manage global HR data and reporting tools.
  • Implement solutions using SAP SuccessFactors and Excel.

As our key team member, you will shape how we utilize HR data and technology to support business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

This position requires a strong analytical mindset and technical expertise. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing and enhancing SuccessFactors with a focus on Compensation.
  2. Consolidating and analyzing data from multiple sources.
  3. Delivering accurate HR reports, dashboards, and insights.
  4. Providing user support, training, and documentation.
  5. Leading global HR system and process improvements.
  6. Collaborating on system enhancements and testing.
  7. Maintaining data integrity through audits and continuous improvement.
  8. Supporting external HR benchmarks and surveys.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (admin or support level); certification highly regarded.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) and familiarity with PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Understanding of how employee data impacts payroll, reporting, and HR processes.
  • Experience in SuccessFactors and cyclical activities such as compensation and talent reviews.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems independently, and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
