Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished professional to fill the role of Hr Data and Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and enhance Success Factors with a focus on Compensation, ensuring seamless execution of cyclical activities such as compensation and talent reviews.
  • Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources to deliver accurate HR reports, dashboards, and insights.
  • Provide user support, training, and documentation to ensure efficient system utilization.
  • Lead global HR system and process improvements to maintain data integrity through audits and continuous enhancement.
  • Collaborate on system enhancements and testing to guarantee successful implementation.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience with SAP Success Factors (admin or support level) with certification being a significant advantage.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) and familiarity with Power Point and Visio for effective data analysis and presentation.
  • In-depth understanding of how employee data impacts payroll, reporting, and HR processes, allowing for informed decision-making.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems independently, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
