Country Road Group - Concession Store Manager

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Concession Store Manager to join our team at Country Road Group. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer experience, and leading a high-performing team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and control store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select and merchandise products that meet customer needs and drive sales
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Country Road Group remains competitive

**Requirements**

  • Proven retail leadership experience with a strong track record of sales growth and team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Passion for fashion and retail, with a strong understanding of the Country Road Group brand and values
