**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage stock levels, inventory, and visual merchandising to ensure a visually appealing store environment
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet business objectives
