Concession Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Concession Manager to join our team at Country Road. As a Concession Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in our concession stores.
Key Responsibilities- Use data and reports to identify key insights and make informed decisions for the business and the customer.
- Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer-led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience.
- Lead the team to deliver store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities.
- Attract, engage, and retain talent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your store and the Group.
- Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing.
- Build and maintain the store roster, ensuring the roster is compliant and balances the needs of the customer and team.
- Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play in delivering.
- Role model CRG values to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership, and shared success.
- A genuine desire to be part of the Country Road Group and alignment with our CRG Values.
- Demonstrates a passion for fashion with a professional personal presentation.
- Strong leadership skills in delivering an exceptional customer and team experience.
- Ability to manage budgets, interpreting financial reports, and generating efficient rosters.
- Experience managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of a team.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
