Enterprise Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a competitive self-starter, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment making a large number of cold calls a day, engaging with C-level customer stakeholders, qualifying prospects, and maturing leads to be passed on to our Go-To Market regional sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, generate, and mature leads for Sales Managers/BDMs.
- Screen and qualify potential business through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn (including video messages).
- Utilize Salesforce CRM, Outreach, Zoominfo/Cognism/Lusha, and Sales Navigator to manage lead workflow and standard corporate productivity tools.
- Develop outreach sequence activities to educate and book meetings with prospects.
- Engage directly with end customers/prospects to promote Riskonnect's brand and articulate the benefits of our solutions.
- Cultivate strong proficiency in identifying opportunities and overcoming objections.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop a targeted prospecting strategy based on assigned lists of target accounts.
- Participate in industry trade shows and events, interacting with delegates to promote Riskonnect's solutions.
- Achieve consistent Sales Qualified Leads quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives.
- Provide weekly and quarterly reporting on performance metrics.
