The Cardiac Rhythm Management portfolio at Medtronic is dedicated to providing innovative solutions for patients with abnormal heart rhythms and heart failure. As a Territory Manager, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling these products and services across the assigned territory hospital network.
Your key responsibilities may include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clinical stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and hospital administrators.
- Implementing effective sales and service strategies to drive business growth and deliver outstanding results for our customers.
- Providing the highest level of clinical service and technical support to customers, while identifying opportunities for efficiency.
- Maintaining and enhancing your clinical, technical, and sales knowledge to ensure excellence in your role.
- Collaborating with other Clinical Territory Managers, Clinical Specialists, and Business Development Managers to execute business plans and drive success.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree in nursing, general science, business, or a related field.
- Significant experience in clinical cardiac sales, account planning, territory management, and forecasting.
- Demonstrated expertise in cardiac pacing devices.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 25%.
