Leadership Role for Sales Success

This leadership position plays a crucial role in supporting our high-performing store by overseeing daily operations and driving sales targets. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives.

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Support the Store Manager in leading daily operations to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Team Development: Inspire and guide the team to deliver exceptional customer service and performance.
  • Store Operations: Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation.
  • Fitness Costs Management: Manage wage costs and contribute to effective rostering.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and coach team members to support their growth and development.
  • Compliance: Help maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a senior casual, full-time, or leadership support role (e.g., Key Holder, Supervisor, 3IC).
  • Proactive Attitude: A proactive attitude and strong desire to grow your leadership skills.
  • Customer Focus: Passion for team development and creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Results Driven: Proven ability to drive sales and meet performance targets.
  • Retail Expertise: Familiarity with stock management, visual merchandising, and retail operations.
