Direct Employment Opportunities

We're looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team in various business areas, including retail banking, business banking, risk and compliance, and human resources. Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced professional, we offer a supportive and inclusive environment to help you succeed.

School Based Traineeships

Our School Based Traineeship Program is designed for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students in Year 11 and 12. This program provides valuable work experience and skills development, as well as a pathway to a full-time role upon completion.

Full-Time/Part-Time Traineeships

Already finished school? Our Full-Time Traineeship Program offers Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander job seekers the opportunity to develop into a role over 12-18 months. This program includes ongoing training and support to build skills and confidence, with the potential to be offered a permanent position upon completion.

University Internships

In partnership with CareerTrackers, we provide Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander University students with an opportunity to gain first-hand experience aligned to their degree, plus a pathway onto CommBank's Graduate Program.
