Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate customer service professional to support customers from enquiry through to delivery, providing exceptional service and expert product knowledge. As a trusted advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring every customer interaction is positive, engaging and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Showcase deep product knowledge to educate customers on vehicle features and benefits, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Sales Process Management: Utilise Salesforce and other digital tools to accurately maintain customer records and manage sales activity, maximising opportunities for growth and success.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with colleagues across departments to deliver a consistent and flexible experience across all customer touchpoints, building strong relationships and driving results.
About You:
  • You have proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • You have a genuine interest in the automotive industry and enthusiasm for the products we represent, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends.
  • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using digital platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and communication throughout the organisation.
