Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legendary customer service by following the 4C's of customer care: Courtesy, Care, Concern, and Commitment.
  • Maximise sales opportunities by maintaining exceptional store presentation and providing an engaging shopping experience.
  • Sell Value Add Products (VAPs) accessories and maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and contribute to achieving sales targets.
