About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Previous retail and/or customer service experience is essential
  • You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical capacity to perform duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature
