Job Description
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers have an outstanding experience from the moment they join our community.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Welcome new customers with a memorable delivery experience that sets the tone for their journey with us.
- Educate customers on vehicle features and functions, empowering them to maximize their purchase.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to coordinate various aspects of delivery day, including Sales, Service, and Remarketing Teams.
- Utilize customer-centric skills to address concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Identify and overcome objections and obstacles, including charging and customer education.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery information is available to management through CRM systems.
