Job Description

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers have an outstanding experience from the moment they join our community.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Welcome new customers with a memorable delivery experience that sets the tone for their journey with us.
  2. Educate customers on vehicle features and functions, empowering them to maximize their purchase.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external teams to coordinate various aspects of delivery day, including Sales, Service, and Remarketing Teams.
  4. Utilize customer-centric skills to address concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  5. Identify and overcome objections and obstacles, including charging and customer education.
  6. Ensure accurate and timely delivery information is available to management through CRM systems.
