We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with expertise in Enterprise Records Management to spearhead an innovative program of work. As a key member of our team at Ethos BeathChapman, you will oversee the development and implementation of record management compliance and systems, ensuring seamless efficiency, security, and adherence to regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Development: Design and implement effective record management policies and procedures that align with industry best practices.
  • System Management: Oversee the organization, storage, and retrieval of records, guaranteeing quick access and secure storage.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure strict adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, minimizing risks and optimizing operations.
  • Retention Scheduling: Develop and manage record retention schedules, orchestrating timely disposal processes and preservation of vital information.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate record management projects from inception to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Staff Training: Provide guidance and support to staff on record management best practices, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Auditing and Assessment: Conduct regular audits and assessments of record management systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in record management or a similar role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to record management, including GDPR and HIPAA.
  • Proficiency in record management software and tools, such as SharePoint and Documentum.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
