At Ethos BeathChapman, we are seeking a highly skilled Record Management Compliance Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity will involve overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of record management compliance and systems.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in record management or a similar role. As a Record Management Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that records are managed efficiently, securely, and in compliance with all relevant regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of record management software and tools, as well as excellent organizational and analytical skills. Additionally, they will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

This role involves:

  • Developing and implementing record management policies and procedures
  • Overseeing the organization, storage, and retrieval of records
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Managing record retention schedules and disposal processes
  • Leading and coordinating record management projects from inception to completion
  • Training and supporting staff on record management best practices
  • Conducting regular audits and assessments of record management systems

A Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required for this position. We welcome applications from candidates with relevant experience in record management or a similar role.
