Practice Manager Opportunity at Maven Dental

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our team at Maven Dental Belconnen. As a Practice Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our practice, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage our front office team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive practice growth and profitability.
  • Manage the practice's administrative functions, including reception, billing, and HR.
  • Collaborate with our clinicians to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our patients, referring dentists, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Extensive background in the dental field, coupled with management experience.
  • Familiarity with the day-to-day operations of a professional practice.
  • Proven people management experience, enabling you to lead, motivate, and elevate teams.
  • Strategic mindset to spearhead local area marketing initiatives and drive new patient inflow.
  • Proven business acumen, particularly in reception and administrative components.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
