  • Proven people management experience, enabling you to lead, motivate, and elevate teams
  • Strategic mindset to drive local area marketing initiatives and foster practice growth
  • Proven business acumen, particularly in reception and administrative components
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with dental software (OASIS) is beneficial
