Lead a Thriving Dental Practice

Bupa Dental Canberra Civic is seeking an exceptional Practice Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop a high-performing practice team in a positive environment
  • Assist with overall financial performance and maintain budget compliance
  • Ensure high standards of sterilisation, infection control, and stock management
  • Manage patient interactions, including greeting, welcoming, and appointment management
  • Process payments and manage customer accounts
  • Proactively market the practice to drive patient numbers
  • Effectively manage recruitment and selection for practice staff

Requirements:

  • Prior business and people management experience essential
  • Proven track record of strong organisational skills, administrative, and time management
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Understanding of generating income and controlling costs
  • Able to handle difficult conversations and resolve issues promptly
  • Comfortable interacting with diverse individuals, including dentists, patients, and staff
