Administrative Professional for Accounting Firm

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Administrative Professional to join our team at Morgan Consulting. This diverse role requires someone with a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Client Communications: Handling communications via phone, email, and reception with clients and legal practices.
- Welcoming Visitors: Welcoming and greeting all visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Mail Management: Collating and recording inbound/outbound mail, including ATO correspondence.
- Invoicing and Debtors: Invoicing and managing debtors.
- Databases and Scheduling: Maintaining and updating databases as required and scheduling meetings and lodgement of documents with the ATO.
- Office Supplies: Monitoring and managing office supplies.
- Facilities Maintenance: Ensuring the office and meeting rooms are tidy and presentable.
- Additional Tasks: Performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
**The Ideal Candidate Will Have:**
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role within a public practice.
- Superb attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A willingness to learn, take ownership of tasks, and work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated integrity, trustworthiness, and discretion when handling confidential information.
- MYOB AE experience (desirable).
