Regional Business Development Role

As a Regional Business Developer, you will support the Executive Manager in driving regional revenue and growth through excellent customer service, connection facilitation, and effective risk management. The role will manage and grow a portfolio of business customers, providing value to customers across various channels in each regional market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise the visibility of the Bank's brand throughout the region by actively promoting the company at public events.
  • Manage relationships with customers within assigned portfolios.
  • Support improvements and monitor relevant customer satisfaction outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
  • Design, implement and monitor annual business plans to achieve desired portfolio growth.
  • Build genuine relationships with key stakeholders to drive a 'one team' approach.
  • Provide development opportunities for staff to allow achievement of current and future objectives.
